Following the new partnership between Twitch and Rockstar Games, the platform is providing exclusive in-game bonuses for Red Dead Online and Grand Theft Auto Online to the Twitch Prime members, according to reports.
As per reports, anyone who is either a subscriber of Twitch Prime or is a member of the Rockstar Games Social Club will be provided with a lot of benefits including in-game currencies and DLCs. Subscribers of either of the service can also put their hands on the ongoing benefits for Red Dead Online and Grand Theft Auto Online. All they need to do is link the two accounts that they are subscribed with.
Following are the perks that the subscribers will be provided with:
For Grand Theft Auto Online, subscribers will get GTA$1,250,000 as in-game currency. Also, they will get Bonus GTA$ on all purchases of Shark Cash Cards. On the other hand, for the Red Dead Online, subscribers will get RDO$300 in-game cash along with “superior Ammo Bundle, 30 Dynamite Arrow, 60 Incendiary Buckshot Ammo, 30 Volatile Fire Bottles and 200 Express Ammo for Pistol, Revolver, Repeater & Rifle”. Players will also get extra Gold bars on purchases of Gold Bars Packs.
Our sources have reported that this is the first time when Twitch has offered Prime bonuses on Grand Theft Auto Online and Red Dead Online. And Rockstar is looking forward to coming up with more exclusive content for both of it’s Red Dead Online and Grand Theft Auto Online on the coming months.
The new perks that the company is offering to the players are coming in the build-up to Prime Day sale from Amazon. Besides providing a number of deals on games, Twitch is also hosting a celebrity esports tournament along with recruiting star streamers for an infomercial-style shopping stream.
