Russia dissents after U.S. representatives found close to mystery test site

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on Thursday it would give a conventional note of dissent to the U.S. international safe haven in Moscow after specialists got three U.S. representatives in a confined region close to a mystery test site, the TASS news office announced.

The ambassadors, among them U.S. military and maritime appends, were expelled from a train on Monday in northern Russia close to the site of a baffling military testing mishap that occurred in August.

A U.S. State Department representative said the negotiators had been on an official outing and that they had told Russian experts ahead of time of their touring plans.

Be that as it may, Russia’s remote service said the negotiators had been found in a limited territory in excess of 40 kilometers (25 miles)from the city, Arkhangelsk, which they had said they wanted to visit.(Source)
