Nubia Red Magic 6 to launch on March 4
Chinese smartphone maker Nubia has been testing its upcoming flagship smartphone Red Magic 6 for a few months now. Until today, we didn’t have any idea on when it will be launched, however, Nubia’s VP Mr. Mi Fei has now confirmed that the Red Magic 6 will be launched on March 4 in the home country. This is the same day when Realme launches its flagship Realme GT 5G powered by Snapdragon 888 SoC.
The VP released a poster on Weibo that teases some of the features that the phone will bring on-board. This includes an HRR display, better touch response, fast charging, and a cooling fan which are a few things a gaming phone must-have.
Nubia has already teased some of the features that Red Magic 6 will bring on-board like always. This includes a 4,500 mAh battery with 120W charging tech as per last month w.r.t to its Pro variant. The standard variant is expected to get a 66W fast charging tech on-board.
We have seen a tonne of rumors and leaks about the upcoming gaming beast including an electrochromic back panel that was teased by OnePlus with its Concept One smartphone. Red Magic 6 is expected to have a big difference in terms of design when compared to Red Magic 5S. It will have a horizontal quad-camera setup along with an X-shaped plate at the center of the back panel with a Tencent Games branding on top of it. We will have to wait till March 4 for all things official.
